Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in database development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle database solutions and PL/SQL components for real-world customer applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Design and implement database solutions based on application requirements.
Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance.
Analyze and troubleshoot database-related issues.
Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers.
Perform data validation and ensure database integrity.
Support database-related application development and enhancements.
Analyze existing database code and implement improvements.
Participate in code reviews and follow database development standards.
Work closely with application developers, QA teams, and business teams.




Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
Prepare technical documentation for database components.
Support deployments and database changes across environments.

Mandatory Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Solid experience with:
Stored Procedures
Functions
Packages
Triggers
Cursors
Exception Handling
Solid knowledge of Oracle database concepts.
Experience in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience working on real customer projects.

Preferred Skills
Oracle performance tuning.
Database indexing and optimization.
Knowledge of ETL/data integration.
Experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of Java or other backend technologies is a plus.
