Job Summary

Adhoc Softwares Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify potential B2B leads for IT services.
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
Support the team throughout the sales cycle.




Maintain lead and client information.
Achieve assigned monthly targets.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Any degree with valuable communication skills.
Positive verbal and written communication in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
Willingness to learn sales and business development.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
