Load and unload components in VMC / CNC machines.
Run machine programs as per component requirements.
Read engineering drawings and manufacture components accordingly.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
Ensure production quality and accuracy standards.
Monitor tool condition and inform supervisors when replacement is required.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Handle finished goods with proper identification.
Follow shopfloor safety rules and production discipline.
Support production targets and reduce rejection/rework.
Operate & Program VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens Control)
Manual/CAM programming + G & M codes editing
Fixture setup, tool offset, work offset, job setting
Read & interpret engineering drawings




Measure & inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.
Maintain quality output & production targets

Skills: VMC Programming, Tool selection, Precision machining, and Measuring instruments knowledge.
Robust knowledge in G & M Codes.
Good knowledge in tool selection & machining parameters.
Ability to handle precision machining independently.
Valuable measurement & inspection knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
