Telecaller – Civil / Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. The candidate should have basic knowledge of apartments, residential projects, commercial building spaces and rental /leasing.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate enquiries.
Explain apartment projects and commercial spaces clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
Support the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and potential bookings.

Requirements




Excellent fluency in English and Tamil – both spoken and written.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of apartments, residential buildings, and commercial spaces.
Prior experience in real estate, construction, civil, or telecalling will be an advantage.
Confident, positive, and customer-friendly approach.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with a civil/construction background or experience in real estate tele calling and customer handling are preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
