Summary:
Responsible for designing, configuring, and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) portals, communities, and selfservice platforms to deliver branded, secure digital experiences for customers, partners, or employees
Skills & Requirements:
Handson experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud setup and configuration
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration best practices
Robust understanding of user experience design and branding.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Configure: Create and customize Experience Cloud sites using Salesforce tools, templates, and Experience Builder
Integrate: Connect Salesforce data with other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and thirdparty systems
