Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure positive service.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and calling reports.
Maintain qualified communication and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
