About the Role

Biggies Burger is expanding rapidly with 135+ stores nationwide. We are looking for a agile, "people-first" Area Manager to lead our Bangalore outlets. You will be the face of the store, ensuring operational excellence, a motivated team, andmost importantly—delighted customers.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Inventory Management
Maintain optimum stock levels through proactive Inventory Management.
Ensure the outlet consistently achieves high audit scores for hygiene and safety.
Manage daily store reporting and basic administrative tasks using computer systems.
People Leadership
Staff Management: Handle duty rosters, rotations, and performance monitoring.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the hiring process for recent team members.
Retention: Drive initiatives to reduce staff attrition and build a positive work culture.
The "Biggies" Guest Experience
Lead by example in welcoming and greeting every customer.
Train staff on effective order-taking and upselling techniques.
Engagement: Interact with guests to ensure a delightful experience.
Reputation Management: Collect customer feedback, encourage online reviews,



and manage online review responses professionally.
Business Growth
Implement local marketing strategies to increase sales.
Monitor store KPIs and ensure monthly targets are met.

Desired Candidate Profile
