Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Operations Executive – Sales to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves handling sales orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process sales orders accurately
Enter and update order details in the system
Respond to customer queries in a clear and professional manner
Coordinate effectively between customers and the production team
Manage dispatch activities and ensure timely deliveries
Provide accurate ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) to customers
Maintain coordination between drivers and customers for smooth deliveries




Monitor order progress and address any issues promptly

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant work experience
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to work in rotating shifts

Preferred Skills
Experience working with international clients
Understanding of sales and dispatch processes
Problem-solving and coordination skills
