Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Answer questions related to products, services, orders, payments, or complaints.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Record customer details, complaints, and call information in the system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills:
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Hindi and English communication; additional languages are an advantage.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
Freshers can be considered depending on the company requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
