Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Prepare and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions with selected candidates.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Positive knowledge of HR operations and employee documentation.
Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable MS Excel and MS Office skills.
