A. Distribution Planning & Coordination
Receive distribution plan/menu from production team.
Plan quantity allocation for each counter/location.
Ensure timely movement of food from kitchen to distribution points.
Coordinate with kitchen, stores, and serving teams.

B. Food Quality & Quantity Control
Ensure correct quantity is distributed as per plan.
Check quality, temperature, and freshness before dispatch.
Avoid under-serving or over-serving.
Ensure no mixing of old and fresh food.

C. Hygiene & Safety
Ensure all staff/volunteers follow hygiene practices:
Head cap
Gloves
Mask
Monitor cleanliness of distribution counters.
Ensure protected handling of food during transport and serving.

D. Team Supervision
Supervise servers, helpers, and volunteers.
Assign duties for each distribution point.
Ensure discipline and proper behavior with public.
Manage shift rotations during peak hours.

E. Crowd Management
Ensure smooth flow of people at serving counters.
Avoid overcrowding and confusion.




Coordinate with security if required.
Maintain calm and organized distribution during peak time/festivals.

F. Communication & Issue Handling
Inform production team if additional quantity is required.
Communicate immediately if any item gets over.
Handle complaints from public/devotees politely.
Escalate major issues to reporting manager.

G. Waste Control
Monitor leftover food at each counter.
Avoid excess distribution leading to wastage.
Ensure proper handling of excess food as per SOP (reuse/disposal).

H. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily records:
Quantity received vs distributed
Balance/leftover
Prepare and submit daily distribution report.
Report shortages, excess, or issues.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
