Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical, strategic, and result-oriented Pricing Lead to own our pricing strategies, drive revenue optimization, and lead high-impact strategic project interventions. In this role, you will bridge data analytics with commercial execution?managing key accounts, driving strategic business decisions, and leading cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pricing Business Interventions
Design, implement, and monitor competitive pricing models and revenue strategies.
Lead strategic project interventions to optimize margins and account performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making and commercial strategy.

Key Account Management Leadership
Oversee Key Account Management (KAM) handling, ensuring commercial alignment and value delivery.
Direct and mentor team members, driving high performance, accountability, and skilled growth.
Serve as a primary owner for strategic pricing frameworks across business units.

Analytics Data Management
Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior, and pricing opportunities.




Build agile financial models and dashboards to track pricing health and key business metrics.

Qualifications: MBA or M.Tech

Work Experience: 3 to 6 Years.
Preferred: Direct background in a Pricing role.
Alternative: Demonstrated experience in Account Management combined with People Management .

Functional Technical Competencies
- Technical Skills:
MS Excel: Advanced / Proficient (Financial modeling, complex functions, data manipulation).
SQL: Intermediate level (Data querying, aggregation, joining tables).
Core Skills:
SME expertise in Pricing
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
Hands-on Key Account Management (KAM) experience.
Robust strategic business decision-making capability.
High-caliber case study structure, storytelling, and presentation skills.
