Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven qualified for strategic marketing and business development activities in the areas of construction funding, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, working capital finance, and related advisory services.

The candidate will be responsible for building strong market connections with builders, developers, architects, chartered accountants, lawyers, and other industry professionals for lead generation and business development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Visit builders, developers, architects, chartered accountants, lawyers, and other specialists to develop business relationships.
Generate leads for:
Construction Funding
Project Finance
Working Capital Finance
Private Equity
Mergers & Acquisitions
LAP and structured finance
Develop strategic alliances and referral networks in the real estate and finance ecosystem.
Conduct market visits, client meetings, and follow-ups regularly.
Identify prospective projects and funding requirements in the market.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.




Coordinate with internal team for documentation and deal processing.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking activities.
Track leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.
Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
15 years of experience in:
Real estate marketing
Financial services
Banking/NBFC sales
Project funding
Builder relations
Corporate sales
Robust communication and networking skills.
Candidate should be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
Existing contacts with builders, architects, CAs, lawyers, or developers will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Must possess good presentation and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of construction finance/project funding is preferred.
