Role Summary

We are seeking a senior AI Engineers for development, execution, and governance of AI-powered agents and applications. To own end to end solution development, right from Use case identification, Data collection and preparation, Model selection and training, Model development, Model evaluation and validation, Deployment and integration, and Monitoring and maintenance. The entire machine learning lifecycle from initial market research to post-deployment maintenance. You will bridge the gap between strategic business scoping, hands-on model development, and operational change management. Your primary mission is to turn raw data and business problems into scalable, reliable, and continuously optimized production AI systems.

Skills/Experience in:

i. RAG

ii. API Integration

iii. Model Fine Tuning

Role:

i. Focus on making AI perform better and scale
