Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing Presales team. The role involves engaging with high-net-worth (HNI) clients, presenting premium real estate offerings, and managing the complete pre-sales journey—from initial customer interaction to successful site visit conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound customer calls efficiently
Present and explain premium real estate projects clearly
Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process (lead to site visit)
Develop strong knowledge of project positioning, pricing & market trends
Schedule and coordinate site visits and presentations




Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets (calls & conversions)
Address customer queries and handle objections professionally
Ensure adherence to company policies, scripts, and quality standards
Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in real estate pre-sales)
Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools and target-driven environments
