Job Title: Service Person (Hotel)

Reports To: F&B; Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused Service Person to provide excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns courteously.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
Assist in buffet, banquet, and room service operations as required.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
Freshers or candidates with 2–5 years of hotel/restaurant experience are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
