Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
Develop and manage dealers, distributors & channel partners
Generate recent business opportunities in the assigned territory
Promote rooftop solar and other solar energy solutions
Conduct dealer/customer meetings and field visits
Manage leads, sales pipeline and follow-ups
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with technical, installation and service teams
Ensure timely order processing and payment collection
Build strong long-term relationships with channel partners

Candidate Profile




Graduate / MBA and preferred Bajaj finance/ Home credit/IDFC/ L&T;/ Tata Capital/ Consumer finance background candidate.
4–8 years of experience in sales/channel sales preferred
Electronic/consumer durable product experience will be an advantage
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good knowledge of local market
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Candidates with an existing dealer/distributor network will be preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
