Job Title: Business Development Manager (Architect & Designer Relations)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, Business Development Manager to join our team. Your primary mission will be to build and nurture strategic relationships with the Architecture and Interior Design (A&D;) community. You won’t just be selling a product; you’ll be helping designers bring their creative visions to life using our premium solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Networking & Outreach: Identify and meet with leading interior designers, architects, and firm principals to introduce our product range.
Product Specification: Conduct effective product presentations and "Lunch & Learn" sessions to get our products specified in upcoming residential and HNI projects.
Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated consultant for designers, providing technical information, samples, and catalogs.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming projects and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Lead Generation: Convert initial design specifications into closed sales by coordinating with contractors or end-clients.

Who You Are (Requirements)
Experience:



1–3 years of experience in business development, specifically within the building materials, furniture, lighting, or luxury home decor industries.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to speak the "language" of design.
Personality: Young, dynamic, and self-motivated. You are someone who enjoys being on the field rather than behind a desk.
Professionalism: A polished appearance and a confident demeanor are essential for meeting high-end professionals.
Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for daily meetings and site visits.
Candidates primarily from IT, IT Software, HR Recruitment, BPO, Banking or unrelated industries will not be considered.
