We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing and payments, maintaining accurate cash records, and ensuring a smooth and productive checkout experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Operate the restaurant POS system for billing and payment processing.
Generate and verify guest bills before accepting payments.
Manage cash counter operations and maintain proper cash records.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing procedures.
Handle refunds, cancellations, discounts, and complimentary bills as per company policies.
Coordinate with the restaurant team regarding orders, bills, and payment-related queries.
Assist guests with billing and payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and report discrepancies to the concerned manager.




Ensure the cash counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, billing, and security.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain skilled grooming and communication standards.

Eligibility
