Job Description – Civil Engineer

Experience: 7–8 Years in high rise residential building.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 7–8 years of experience in High-Rise residential building and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, executing, and monitoring construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and material reconciliation reports.
Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
Conduct site inspections for RCC, finishing,



and civil works.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and project documentation.
Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
Monitor project quality and implement corrective actions wherever required.
Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
Understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities effectively

Remuneration Negotiable As per Merit

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
