Position: Accountant
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Perundurai

Key Responsibilities :
Handle complete day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare and file GST Returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable GST returns.
Perform GST reconciliation and verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).
Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing within statutory timelines.
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and support payment follow-ups.
Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records of expenses, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports as required.
Maintain proper documentation for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors/consultants for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.





Required Skills :
2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong practical knowledge of GST Returns and GST Compliance
Strong knowledge of TDS calculation and return filing
Good understanding of complete accounting procedures
Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account finalization
Understanding of basic Income Tax and statutory compliance
Positive numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
