Role & responsibilities
Oversee the block fabrication/assembly process, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality requirements
Work closely with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring all fabrication activities meet design requirements.
Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout the block fabrication process, conducting regular inspections to verify compliance with specifications
Manage resource allocation for block fabrication, optimizing labor, materials, and equipment to meet production targets within budget constraints.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all block fabrication activities.
Identify areas for process improvement within block fabrication, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality
Maintain detailed records of all block fabrication activities, including production metrics, quality inspections, and compliance documentation
