We are looking for a seasoned Embedded Engineer to lead the development of our communication stacks and hardware-software integration.

The Role
As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the firmware architecture and protocol implementation of our smart energy products. You will bridge the gap between hardware and the cloud, ensuring our devices communicate reliably across diverse industrial and consumer settings.
Key Responsibilities
Firmware Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust firmware for microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, etc.) using C/C++.
Advanced Connectivity:



Interface with cellular modules (4G/5G/NB-IoT) using AT commands for reliable cloud telemetry.
Network Topology: Implement and optimize RF Mesh and LoRaWAN technologies for wide-area energy monitoring.
Protocol Integration: Architect and optimize communication stacks including TCP/IP, Modbus (RTU/TCP), BACnet, and OCPP (for EV charging infrastructure).
Wireless Integration: Develop and tune BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) profiles for device commissioning and local data exchange.
Certification & Compliance: Lead the firmware support for global product certifications (CE, FCC, etc.), ensuring all communication protocols meet international export standards and interoperability requirements.

Technical Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of qualified experience in embedded software development.
Cellular & RF Expertise: Proven experience with Cellular module interfacing and deep knowledge of AT commands.
Hands-on experience with LPW
