Responsibilities/Expertise:
Ø Robust knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, (AVMs), Note, Closing Disclosure, Insurance, Title Commitment, Business Entity documents.
Ø Collecting required loan documentation from Borrower, Insurance company and Title company and submit loan to underwriting.
Ø Validation of required documents is in the loan file and is accurate.
