Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented MBA/BBA students to join us as HR Interns. This internship offers hands-on learning in core HR functions such as recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, database management, and HR coordination.

As an HR Intern, you will play an active role in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and maintaining HR documentation. The role will give you practical experience in managing real recruitment processes and exposure to diverse business industries.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, shortlisting)
Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate databases
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal teams
Support onboarding and documentation processes




Maintain records of candidate interactions and HR operations
Work on day-to-day HR administrative activities

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile
MBA/BBA student specializing or interested in Human Resource Management
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (preferred)
Ability to work independently or with a team, remotely or from office

What We Offer
Stipend of 8,000 10,000 per month
