Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced L3 Linux & Red Hat OpenShift Administrator to manage and support mission-critical enterprise infrastructure, with solid expertise in Linux, RHEL, High Availability/Clustering, and OpenShift environments.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot RHEL/Linux servers and HA/Cluster environments.
Manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including installation, upgrades, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Provide L3 support for critical production incidents and perform RCA.
Implement OS hardening, security patches and VAPT remediation.
Automate administration and patching activities using Ansible.
Manage performance, capacity, DR, failover/failback and 24x7 production support.
Troubleshoot networking, storage, virtualization and backup-related issues.
Coordinate with Application, Database, Network, Security and Infrastructure teams.
Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and drive automation and operational improvements.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Red Hat / OpenShift / Ansible certifications will be an added advantage.
