Role & Responsibilities
Handle showroom walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Recommend suitable diamond jewellery based on customer preferences and budget.
Explain Diamond 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat, gold purity, designs and pricing.
Handle enquiries, follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain proper product presentation and follow company SOPs.
Coordinate with billing, design and back-office teams for smooth order execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.
Strong knowledge of diamonds and diamond jewellery is mandatory.




Good understanding of Diamond 4Cs and gold jewellery.
Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Presentable, confident and customer-focused personality.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Experience with natural diamond jewellery will be preferred.
