Description

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Owner to lead digital, data, and
automation initiatives within the Quality domain. This role will focus on
enabling data-driven quality processes, improving compliance and operational
excellence, and delivering business value through AI and automation solutions.

Experience Required
10+ years of overall qualified experience




5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
Strong expertise in Quality domain
Proven experience in driving projects independently

Key Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data, AI, and
automation initiatives
Experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT processes
Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
(deviations, CAPA, audits, complaints, batch release, quality analytics)
Lead Agile product development using Scrum, including backlog creation,
grooming, and prioritization
Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teams
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality data and analytics solutions
Drive adoption of digital technologies including IoT and digital twins where
relevant
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance
