Description
The Sky Affluent VRM will be a key member of the Sky Channel-VRM - Support department, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our affluent customers. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The VRM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with affluent customers, understanding their financial goals and preferences.
Offer personalized banking solutions, including wealth management, investment advice, and tailored product recommendations.
Proactively reach out to customers, providing regular updates and insights on market trends and opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and productive resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.




Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant financial advice.
Conduct periodic reviews of customer portfolios, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and offering appropriate solutions.
Assist customers in opening current accounts, processing transactions, and managing their banking needs efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Act as a brand ambassador for Kotak Mahindra Bank, promoting the bank's values and services to potential customers.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
