What You Will Do?

Business Partnership & Decision Support
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders (e.g., Directors, VPs),
translating financial data into actionable business strategies
Participate in leadership forums (e.g., BRMs, townhalls) and provide
commentary on business performance
Proactively guide leaders through trade-offs, investment decisions, and risk
mitigation plans

Performance Management
Leverage performance data (shared by Global FP&A; & FDI) to uncover key
drivers, identify opportunities, and recommend corrective actions that
support informed business decisions.
Drive discussions on risks & prospects and track key initiatives that
impact profitability, growth, and cash flow
Lead the financial sign-off of business performance for assigned
function/segment

Forecast & Target Alignment




Collaborate with Global FP&A; during planning cycles to validate business
assumptions, strategic inputs, and non-financial drivers
Support target setting for business areas by connecting operational knowledge
with data-driven insights
Represent the business in aligning forecast assumptions with market trends
and operational realities

Commercial Support & Business Cases
Provide targeted financial insight, analysis, and strategic guidance to
Operations, Commercial, or Supporting Functions to drive performance,
optimize resources, and support decision-making.
Review, challenge, and co-develop business cases for recent initiatives,
ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Provide ROI analysis and help prioritize initiatives that create financial
and operational impact

Stakeholder Engagement
Build cross-functional relationships with leaders across verticals/segments
