The Role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business performance by transforming data into explicit, actionable insights. This role goes beyond reporting — it requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to tell compelling stories with data that influence decision-making across the business.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, pricing, and leadership to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and prospects for business growth
Translate data into transparent narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders




Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel
Write effective and scalable queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data
Use Python (or another programming language) for deeper analysis, automation, and data processing
Develop and improve pricing models, forecasting tools, and performance tracking systems
Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure success
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems
Design and optimize processes for reporting, invoicing, and inventory management
Present insights in a structured and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
