Job description

Review of Title Scrutiny Report (TSR) received from empaneled Advocate.

Provide legal advice, opinion and legal support to the business team.

Co-ordinating with lawyer for closure of queries and share final approval to the business/ credit.

Candidate must be well versed with mortgage creation.

Modification and vetting of drafts ie. Indemnity/ undertaking/ MOE/ Declaration/ Mortgage Deed.

Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and notification issued by various authorities.

Candidate must be well versed with state land laws.

Location:- Thane
