Finance Shared Services Analyst II to join our ever-evolving Segment
Accounting Team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What you’ll own
This position will have an active role in Payroll Accounting, closing the
business P&L;, preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations, P&L; Trend Analysis,
quarterly analytics and working with audit team.
Additionally, it would require working with the business directly and closely
on Payroll-related queries.
Also, coordinate with various business and corporate teams on issues directly
associated with products groups. We are a highly dynamic, fast-paced
organization.
You will be contributing to one of the leading global providers of technology
for the financial services industry.

What you bring

Knowledge / Experience
Working knowledge of Payroll accounting & compliance with statutory, tax, and
audit requirements
Perform payroll & GL reconciliations and variance analysis




Manage payroll audits and internal controls
Accounting for actuarial valuation of retirement benefits under Ind AS and US
GAAP
Support Monthly/quarterly/Annual analytics preparations and Reviews
Maintain robust stakeholder relationships and drive changes/initiatives to
align to Business needs
Assist Manager with special projects as assigned on ad hoc basis
Drive process improvements and automation
Solid Accounting knowledge would be added advantage (India Accounting & US
GAAP)

Skills
5+ years of payroll accounting experience
Strong knowledge of India payroll & multi-country payroll (if applicable)
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles
