Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch managers and staff to ensure they are meeting and exceeding targets and goals
Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market share
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
Develop and mentor branch managers and staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence




Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Monitor and analyze branch performance data to make informed decisions and drive improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve and exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
