Are you an SDM who wants to lead a platform transformation — not just manage one?
Seller Fees Tech (SFT) Bangalore is one of Amazon's newest engineering organizations, formed in October 2025 with a explicit mandate: build and own the financial systems that power how over two million sellers are charged, incentivized, and rewarded across Amazon's global marketplaces. We are not a satellite team executing on upstream designs. Every architecture call, technical strategy, and delivery milestone across our four charters is owned end-to-end from Bangalore.

As an SDM here, you won't be inheriting a reliable system to operate. You'll be leading a foundational transformation — rebuilding how Amazon's seller fee and incentive platform works, at scale, from the ground up.

What You'll Be Part Of
Our 50-member team brings together Software Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Applied Scientists — all co-located in Bangalore.



This cross-functional density means your engineers won't just write code in isolation. They'll collaborate directly with scientists building scoring models, analysts investigating financial anomalies, and PMs translating complex business requirements into engineering problems.

As SDM, you'll lead a team of 10–12 engineers while partnering closely with Product, Business, Finance, and Operations stakeholders — owning not just delivery, but the technical strategy and long-term platform direction for your charter.
