What we are looking for
As the Associate Engagement Lead - Market research you work on high-impact
market research engagements for our life sciences clients. This role requires a
blend of critical thinking, strong analytical skills, a quality mindset. The
ideal candidate will also play an active role in helping us create elements of
new Market Research capabilities and train a growing team

What you’ll do
Work on primary market research project execution,



including developing
meeting decks, surveys and analytical modelling
Develop all client facing content in collaboration with project leadership
Create clean story boards and contribute to insights generation from the
market research data in client ready deliverables
Train current and existing team members on market research concepts, relevant
analytical modelling and contribute to training content material
Ability to leverage approved tools for GenAI to enhance project delivery and
experience
Train and mentor Analyst/ Sr Analyst in the team

Must have
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 - 5 years of robust
analytics experience
Transparent understanding of the US pharma industry and quantitative market
research
Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and ability to run different
models as per the need of the business question
Experience in structured problem solving a
