POSITION SUMMARY
Senior Structural Engineer develops design of structural project
documentation to satisfy all required inputs and requirements and to produce
safe, reliable, functional, and economical construction.
Senior Structural Engineer develops structural design of modular steel
structures of moderate to high complexity. Senior Structural engineer works
on complex structural calculations, steel structure workshop documentation,
lifting and transport drawings, anchoring layouts, and technical
specifications, develops recent skills and knowledge through internal and
external education, manages and coordinates work of other structural
engineering team members. If needed senior structural engineer participates
as design engineer in Vertiv R&D; projects.
Handles one or multiple projects and also does cross functional communication
in project work.
Engineer with Data Center Projects experience/background or similar Critical
Infrastructure experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing of project conceptual and detailed design
Based on input data (information,



requirements, standards), development of
structural project documentation: static calculations, agile calculations,
structural 3D model design, detail drawings, descriptions, instructions,
material submittals, presentations, and marketing materials etc.
During design follow and take into consideration international, national and
company standards and good engineering practices
Use knowledge and experience to fulfill requirements given by project tasks
Participating in kick-off meeting, regular project team meetings, and in office
coordination meetings
Reporting project status to Project Team Leader
Proactive cooperation with all team members during project execution
Initiating RFI („Request for Information “) in cases where additional
clarification is needed
Development of defined documents according to Document list (DLIST)
Development of workshop documentation
