The Senior Associate - Motor Claims will be working in the ADSC (Assignment Delivery Support Center) garage, where they will be responsible for attending to claims, handling vehicle repair movements, and ensuring the smooth operation of claim handling processes. This role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely resolution of claims.

Skills & Qualification
Excellent knowledge of Automobile and its related aspects
Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex claim-related issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, garage staff, and other stakeholders
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve claim-related issues efficiently




Basic knowledge of computer software applications and systems
Associate Degree in any stream
