About Everhope

Everhope Oncology is building India's most trusted supplement and nutrition platform for cancer patients. Our D2C store offers clinically curated supplements recommended by oncology experts, alongside a private-label product line currently under development. The business is scaling rapidly and the store intern will play a hands-on role in its day-to-day growth.

Job Overview

We are looking for a D2C Store Intern to own the operations of the Everhope online store.



This is an execution-heavy role ideal for someone who wants to learn how a D2C health brand is built from the ground up.

This is a full-time work-from-office role.

Key Responsibilities

Catalogue & Store Management
Manage and maintain the product catalogue on Shopify – listings, product descriptions, pricing updates, images, and stock status.
Onboard new SKUs end-to-end as the catalogue expands, including recent supplier additions.
Develop product content for new SKUs – descriptions, benefit callouts, usage instructions, and FAQ sections, working with clinical inputs from the nutrition team.
Maintain content accuracy and consistency across product pages, collections, and landing pages.

Order & Store Operations
Coordinate with third-party logistics partners
Follow up on non-delivery reports (NDRs), RTOs, and delivery exceptions to minimise order leakage.
