Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to
manage and recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer
relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
Accurately document all communication and collection activities in the system.
Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes related to outstanding
balances.
Adhere to all relevant collection laws and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of
non-payment.
Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and performance.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with
customers.





Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business
administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a call center
workplace.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with collection software and CRM systems is desirable.
A solid understanding of ethical collection practices and relevant
regulations.
