Knowledge of Engineering subjects and concepts related to design of mechanical components like- Mechanics, Material Selection, Heat Treatment , Design of Casting and Forging , Fluid Mechanics , Fluid Power , GD&T; , Tolerance Stacking.
Exposure to design , testing and manufacturing of tractor hydraulic system/ components , Electro Hydraulics , Hydrostatic transmission , Auxiliary Valves , lifts , Control Valves , ATB , HTB, etc.
Exposure of usage of Indian and International standard as applicable to design of Hydraulics / Mechanical components , Variable displacement pumps & motors , open and closed loop systems.
Expert in 3D modelling/ Assembly through UG NX .
Experience in Understanding or execution CAE simulations related to MBD or FEA of hydraulics part.
Understanding and application tools of DFMEA, DFx , QFD.
