Job Summary

YOUR IMPACT
Intelligent Provisioning: Configure and support resilient hybrid cloud
deployments. You will move beyond manual scripting by adopting AI-driven
automation frameworks to make infrastructure delivery more productive and
error-free.
Predictive Scalability: Manage capacity planning and resiliency by adapting
AI modeling to forecast resource needs and prevent bottlenecks before they
occur.
Autonomous Operations: Maintain service availability and performance SLAs.
You will design self-healing systems that leverage AI for automated incident
remediation and proactive service monitoring.
Incident Leadership: Lead and manage P1/P2 incident response for all
business-critical applications and platforms. You will ensure service
