KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

GUEST SERVICE
Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous service at all times.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to guest requests and
concerns.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while interacting with guests.

RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
Prepare restaurant and buffet setup before service hours.
Ensure tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, and buffet counters are clean and
properly arranged.
Refill buffet items and maintain food presentation standards.
Explicit and reset tables promptly during and after service.
Support breakfast operations as per Holiday Inn Express brand standards.

HYGIENE & CLEANLINESS
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, pantry, and service areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure proper handling of food items and equipment.




Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.

COORDINATION & TEAMWORK
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Assist colleagues during busy operations and peak hours.
Attend departmental briefings and training sessions.

BILLING & CASH HANDLING
Assist in billing procedures and POS operations when required.
Ensure accurate handling of guest checks and payments.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
Follow hotel safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and operational standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of F&B; service experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
