Role & responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the automobile sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales and maximize dealership profitability.
Monitor daily sales performance, lead conversion, and customer follow-ups to ensure target achievement.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, corporate clients, and key business partners.
Guide the sales team in handling customer enquiries, vehicle demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify recent business opportunities.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey, from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to ensure seamless operations.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to enhance team performance and productivity.
Prepare sales forecasts,



MIS reports, and performance dashboards for management review.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and local marketing initiatives to generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
48 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Solid leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of automobile products, dealership operations, finance, insurance, and customer lifecycle management.
