Job Description of Position Incumbent:
Have valuable knowledge of ABB make DCS system
Is familiar with making PID loop for process improvement
Have knowledge of field instruments being used in ball mill, Roller Press, Wagon tippler and Packing plant
Is familiar with the SAP system
Manpower monitoring
Well versed in UTCL safety Standards
Doing chance, preventive and breakdown maintenance of E&I; department in Ball mill and roller press circuit
Shutdown planning
Process improvement and use of AI based current technologies
E&I; stoppage reduction by preventive and breakdown maintenance in Cement mill area
