Position : Hygiene Auditor

Location : AP and Telangana Hyderabad

Years of experience: 2 to 4 years

We are hiring a Hygiene Auditor to manage and elevate food safety and sanitation standards across our facilities. You will ensure 100% compliance with internal protocols and statutory regulations (FSSAI) through regular audits, risk assessments, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine and unannounced hygiene audits of kitchens, storage, and dining areas to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
Identify food safety hazards, issue non-conformance reports, and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with operations teams.
Oversee pest control effectiveness, waste management, deep cleaning schedules, and temperature control logs.




Conduct basic hygiene and FoSTaC training for food handlers. Maintain accurate audit scorecards and weekly compliance dashboards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Food Technology,
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hygiene auditing experience in hotels, QSR chains, flight kitchens, or food testing/certification agencies.
Any Certifications: FSSAI FoSTaC, HACCP, or ISO 22000 certification
Solid details collection, excellent reporting skills, and an assertive communication style.
Open to local/regional travel across company locations.
