The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The Technology M&A; team helps clients navigate the technology implications of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, and Technology transformations.



We work across the transaction lifecycle, with a robust focus on post-deal signing activities including sign-to-close planning, Day 1 readiness, integration planning, separation planning, TSA strategy and exit planning, and execution through Integration Management Offices (IMO) and Separation Management Offices (SMO).

Our professionals help clients identify and realize transaction value while managing technology risks, operational dependencies, and transformation prospects. We work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to design and execute integration and separation strategies that enable successful transaction outcomes.
