Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with solid experience in Salesforce testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Selenium and/or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), along with a solid understanding of Salesforce applications, testing methodologies, and Agile development practices.
Key Skills
3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and Test Automation.
Hands-on experience in Selenium Automation and/or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Solid experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience in designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automation test scripts.
Good understanding of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End Testing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture,



objects, workflows, validation rules, and release cycles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience with Copado DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with API Testing (Postman/REST APIs).
Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
Salesforce or Copado certifications.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End testing for Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality releases.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure.
