Technical Interview
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Technical Interview conducted by the respective department representatives.

Safety awareness and attitude
Communication skills
Learning orientation and willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace
Suitability for shift operations and industrial work culture
Final Selection
Final selection will be based on:
Performance in the Written Test

Preference will be given to:
Candidates who have completed their Diploma from Maharashtra-based institutions.
Candidates possessing a valid Maharashtra Domicile Certificate.
