Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and outlet revenue.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress/Server preferred, but not mandatory (training provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
